Hi everyone!!  Just thought I would post a short note letting everyone know that I'm still alive (barely)!  Are sharp pains across the top of the foot a good thing?  And what about your arms going numb while you're running (or non-stop sprinting).  Is it really sprinting if that's the pace you run at all the time now?  How can you still operate with only 3 hours of sleep the night before... for the 52nd night in a row!?  These are a few of the questions running through my mind when I'm not yelling at the top of my lungs or eating with a spoon in my left hand only!  Okay, it's not all quite that bad, but it is keeping me on my toes!  I'll talk to you all soon!  Hope all is going well on the outside of these walls!!
